The patient can select from one of the plurality of languages shown on screen 400 by touching the appropriate area of touch screen 90, and kiosk 54 will accordingly determine that the selected language is the preferred language of the patient.

gathering data from a user for patient registration at the kiosk, wherein the data includes biometric data for the user;

comparing gathered data with stored patient data; and
