All the travel data are directly integrated in the travel request that is then routed for approval according to the policy rules established for the traveller and agreed with the travel agent.

Amadeus Benelux, 02 May 2007: Amadeus, a global leader in technology and distribution solutions for the travel and tourism industry and MobileXpense, today announced the integration of the Amadeus e-Travel Management booking system with MobileXpense, the Benelux leading expense management service. From now on travellers can make their travel request, check available flights and hotel and book them directly through Amadeus e-Travel Management. All the travel data are directly integrated in the travel request that is then routed for approval according to the policy rules established for the traveller and agreed with the travel agent. When the traveller is back at home, all the travel expenses paid by credit card will already be loaded in MobileXpense so that the related expense note can be established in a few clicks. For the Travel Manager, the automatic link between the original request and the charged transactions guarantees an easy and transparent reconciliation. This powerful combination allows companies to realize substantial savings on travel and entertainment costs as: - Amadeus e-Travel Management policy control allows to select the most favourable airfares and hotels; - Budgetted trip pre-approval prevents unjustified travels; - MobileXpense expense policy controls help to keep expenses under tight control - Automatic allocation and reconciliation of travel invoices eliminate unnecessary work and disputes.
