A method for a matching a slideshow with an audio track, said method comprising:
receiving a slideshow, wherein said slideshow comprises a timebase defining display times for slides of said slideshow;
receiving an audio track; and
utilizing said audio track to warp said timebase, such that a display time for at least one of said slides is altered to increase a correlation between said display time and an intensity of a portion of said audio track.

The method as recited in Claim 1, wherein said utilizing said audio track to warp said timebase comprises:
utilizing said audio track to slow said timebase, such that a display time for said at least one of said slides is extended to correlate to a lower intensity portion of said audio track.
