I submitted a research item here (http://peertopatent.org/patent/20110041095/research/list). I was not sure if that work could be considered as prior art, since it is technically used for touch-based interfaces, and not as I assume in the patent application, a mouse interface. Thoughts? While a part of me does feel like this is a novel idea, a larger part of me feels like the difference between this patent application and the prior art I submitted ("Rotating User Interface") is that this is a digital implementation and the prior art is a mechanical implementation. That difference, which is a large aspect of this application, makes me feel like the patent is definitely not "non-obvious", but more just a logical step that other technologies take from physical to digital implementations.
