Regarding Claim 00001 From the claim and the body "form factor" isn't a term of art but seems to refer relatively loosely to the physical characteristics of an item. If this is the interpretation of the term, then it would bring into play prior art wherein transactions are distinguished by if they are on-line (no physical presence or form) versus at the terminal (physical form of card present).
