The method of Claim 1 wherein a Risk Assessment Company (RAC) creates the Risk Profile Data Base (RPDB) by soliciting and accepting individual subscribers who maintain current health information in said RPDB and categorizes said individual subscribers as:active if said individual subscribers routinely update their information in said RPDB by following standards prescribed by said RAC wherein said update might consist of, for example, completing a routine physical exam and posting such results to said RPDB;inactive if said individual subscribers do not follow standards established by the RAC for updating information in said RPDB.
