My understanding of the novelty of this patent is not that it is applied to the health care domain, but rather that it captures "actual" task performance, which can then be compared with "planned" task performance, with a feedback mechanism to improve the planned task performance. So the Gantt like analysis, nor the workflow is the novelty, but the capturing of actual task performance on a timeline. From this perspective, however there is prior art describing similar systems, which I'll upload.

This vaguely resembles the Gantt Chart analysis routinely used in business process optimization. Does it mean that the only novelty of this invention is applying it specifically to the health care domain?

Regarding Claim 00001 I think the present wording of claim is vague and unclear and as such and leave the reader in doubt as to the meaning of the technical features to which they refer, therefore rendering the definition of the subject matter of said claim unclear. Conducting a proper search for prior art is difficult (i was inteding to use impossible but nothing is impossible).
