The method of Claim 7, wherein said storing comprises recording an order in which said scanned elements are stored in each of said data buckets and wherein said selecting of said sample comprises identifying a specified interval and randomly selecting a second predetermined number of said scanned elements that were stored in said data buckets during said specified interval.
