The system of Claim 8, wherein the second data structure is configured in one of at least two available modes of operation for determining the presence of new data in the staging datastore, the modes comprising:
a first mode of operation, wherein the second data structure is configured to execute the first query each time the user defined query is received; and
a second mode of operation, wherein the second data structure is configured to execute the first query in response to determining the presence of non-migrated data relevant to the user defined query in the staging datastore.
